A+ engineers looking for their next role + and r1 shoutout
Happy Friday! For those new - every Friday, we share the top candidates we’re working with at Coastal Recruiting. We’re constantly working with a healthy mix of experienced Full-Stack, Front-End, Applied AI/ML, Back-End and Smart Contract candidates – all have a blend of big tech + 0-1 experience, looking for their next role.
Before digging into this week’s spotlight, we wanted to shout-out one of our clients, Rabbit, who made big waves at CES last week with their r1:
The Rabbit R1 is an AI-powered gadget that can use your apps for you (The Verge)
Introducing r1 (2.1M views)
Rabbit r1: $199, no subscription (3.8M views)
Fresh off a Series A round led by Khosla, Rabbit has been moving at lightning speed with their LAM (Large Action Model), selling out each pre-order window in a matter of minutes... been a blast helping them build their team!
Now… to the good stuff with the rockstars below. Give us a shout if any of your portfolio companies, founder friends, or own engineering orgs need assistance on early-engineering hiring!
