Coastal Recruiting - Engineering Candidate Spotlight, April 5
Founding, Early Engineers (Web3, AI/ML, Full-Stack)
Happy Friday everyone - welcome to Coastal Recruiting’s weekly candidate recap - highlighting the top engineers we’re working with across the stack. Our sole focus is helping build engineering teams for VC-backed teams, focusing on AI/ML, blockchain, fintech and enterprise/consumer SaaS. Coming off an epic off-site last week - vibes are high, faces were sunburnt, and T1 candidate flow keeps on growing.
Without further ado, peep the profiles below! Pass this along to anyone you know hiring.

At Amazon, he focused on building and scaling backend distributed systems as a part of Amazon’s Financials Foundations .
After helping scale Hopper’s core BE systems, he’s looking for his next challenge - ideally going into a 0-1 environment where he can build from the ground up

Previously he was a Founding Engineer and first employee at a VC-backed startup where he spearheaded the architecture, design, development, and deployment of the core software product.
He has the ‘building itch’ and is keen to join an early-stage venture where he can work with the founding team to build core parts of their backend
