Coastal Recruiting - Eng Candidate Spotlight, Dec 3

0-1 engineers in SF + NYC

Welcome to Coastal Recruiting’s weekly candidate spotlight - where we highlight candidates in SF and NYC, who are looking for their next startup opportunity. As reminder, we’re a boutique startup recruitment agency representing stellar engineering talent in SF + NYC, across the stack.

In addition to working with stellar engineering talent, we’re also fortunate to work with exceptional founders - and this week, wanted to highlight one of them - Factory - a leader in Autonomous Software Engineering. We’ve been helping Factory build their engineering team since their Seed round last year - and have had a blast doing so. Check out what the CEO/Co-Founder has to say about their experience with Coastal:

“Coastal has been with us from the start; they're best in business when it comes to early-stage engineering and have been a strong partner to Factory during a period of hyper-growth. Coastal helped us land critical hires across Machine Learning, Infrastructure, and Full-Stack engineers - while never sacrificing our talent bar. Strongly recommend them to any founder building their engineering team.”
