Coastal Recruiting - Eng Candidate Spotlight, Nov 18

0-1 engineers in SF + NYC

Hey Everyone - David here from Coastal Recruiting…

Welcome to Coastal Recruiting’s weekly candidate spotlight - where we highlight candidates in SF and NYC, who are looking for their next startup opportunity. As reminder, we’re a boutique startup recruitment agency representing stellar engineering talent in SF + NYC, across the stack.

Last week, we brought our team together for our quarterly offsite in Palm Springs. We sourced, we hiked, we swam, and we laughed as a team — and most importantly, we reflected on how far we’ve come as a unit. Our first offsite - less than a year ago - it was Abby, Asher and myself in a small Airbnb in San Diego. Now we’re 7 strong - and building something special.

Last quarter, we overhauled our internal systems - building our own home-grown CRM, lead management system and established a strong marketing automation foundation. This quarter, we’re launching a strategic initiative to further identify, engage and retain a talent network of elite engineers in NYC and SF. More to come here 👀

Now - without further ado, peep the 6 engineering profiles below (split b/w NYC and SF) looking for early-stage teams in NYC and SF. Respond to this email if interested in learning more.
